Emmanuel · Seller
“Great Realtor, Listed my property and within 8 days we were in escrow. His target price was on point. He knows the market well to have something sell that quick in a slow market.”
Howard W. · Seller
“Ivan did an excellent job from beginning to the end with the sale of our house. We had a few glitches. He was more than ready to take care of everything and make sure that we were completely satisfied with our circumstances. Would highly recommend him at any time.”
Scott S. · Homeowner
“Ivan was very helpful with the selling of our house although we decided not to sell at this time when we do he will be the only one we trust in the future.
